By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Products

We show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and print details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes follow our size guide; small differences of 1–2 cm are normal.

3. Intellectual property and affiliation

Thank U Archive is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, record label or public figure. Any names or references to third parties are used for descriptive purposes only and belong to their respective owners. The Thank U Archive name, our own artwork and website content may not be copied or used without our permission.

Intellectual property complaints: if you believe something on our store infringes your rights, email pixiewings.co@outlook.com with the product link, the work or right concerned, and your contact details. We review every notice within 2 business days and remove listings where needed.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our payment partners.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery times and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
