Shipping policy

Every Thank U Archive order ships with tracking.

USA & Europe	7–15 business days
Rest of the world	8–16 business days

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times start once your order has shipped.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the USA and EU may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if it needs to change. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, email us with your order number and we'll reship it or refund you.

Marked as delivered but not received

Check with neighbours and your local post office, and wait 2 business days, as parcels are sometimes scanned early. Still missing? Email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
