We want you to love your Thank U Archive hoodie. If you don't, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to start a return
- Email us at pixiewings.co@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Please don't send anything back before you hear from us. Returns sent without approval can't be processed.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.
- Defective, damaged or wrong items: we cover the return shipping or send a free replacement. Please send a photo of the issue with your email.
- Change of mind or wrong size: you pay the return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Final sale and discounted items are covered by the same 90-day guarantee.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Email us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To use this right, send us a clear statement by email before the 14 days end. We'll refund the full order amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you sent it. You pay the direct cost of returning the item. This right applies alongside our 90-Day Guarantee and does not limit it.
